Earlier this week, we set out to find a flower arrangement that said “love” without breaking our bank account. We wanted something cute and fun we could give to family or friends for Valentine’s Day, and after countless hours Googling DIY ideas, stumbled upon this cute and easy video. We headed down to the LA Flower District today to buy our supplies. Total Cost: $19.75!
What you’ll need:
