Be early. The earlier you get there, the better selection you will have to choose from. Also, arriving early morning or after 6 p.m. gives you the best chance of beating traffic and street closures.
Find parking. Most parking in the Flower District is street parking. There are some parking lots, but they will most likely be full. Give yourself enough time to look for parking.
Bring cash. Bring cash. Bring cash. The Flower District is CASH ONLY.
Bargain. Just because it’s already cheap doesn’t mean you can’t get it cheaper. Vendors won’t be offended. Don’t be shy.
Know the hours. The entire Flower District will have extended hours the week before V-Day and the Flower Mall will be open 24 hours prior to Valentine’s Day.
