Winter skincare tips


Winter skin care is important if you want to maintain your skin healthy. There are many external factors that can influence appearance of the skin. These factors produce dehydratation and skin c becomes dry, prematurely aged and loses her luster. The main external factors that influence the skin in the winter time are: cold weather, wind, sudden temperature changes, hot air (air conditioning).Therefore, I decided to prepare some winter skincare advices and product tips:

1.    Put aside your oily-fighting cleanser in favor of hydration-boosting products.
2.    Drink a lot of water and take exercise. (It will bring your blood circulating and your pulse rate up)
3.    Hot water is dehydrating(Take a quick shower with warm water)
4.    After shower or both immediately apply an essential oil, it will trap an extra water into skin.
5.    Use cleanser with glycolic acid.
6.    Applying oil to skin helps impart the glow that everyone wants. It will give your skin a healthy shine.
7.    Eat healthy food.
