LA Fashion Market is fast approaching! The Fall/Holiday '12 show will take place June 11-14 at The Intersection. The SELECT, FOCUS, and TRANSIT shows will be taking place in the California Market Center (CMC).
SELECT is a juried exhibition featuring upmarket contemporary apparel, accessories, and footwear exhibitors like Marcia Moran, Deepa Gurnani, Inge Christopher and Sam Edelman.FOCUS will be showcasing a selection of the best emerging apparel and accessories exhibitors breaking into the market in the Young Contemporary and Lifestyle categories.
TRANSIT is LA's only dedicated footwear tradeshow, featuring hundreds of Contemporary and Young Contemporary exhibitors, including Jeffrey Campbell, Frye Co, Report Signature, Seychelles, and many more.
LA Kids Market will feature over 800 premium kids and maternity production collections, including the largest concentration of Contemporary and European brands on the West Coast.
Special Events
There will be a couple of special events for our buyers during Market Week, starting with the seminar "10 Retail Trends for the Next 10 Years", presented by Mercedes Gonzalez, director of Global Purchasing Companies. Learn about shifts in consumer behavior, technology, and global markets.
The seminar will be followed by an opening night reception at the CMC later that evening, with complimentary cocktails from Patron Tequila!
WGSN will also be presenting a seminar on Key Fall/Winter 2012 Trends.
