Latest Lust: Multicolored Nails

When it comes to nail polish trends seem to come and go. First it was flawless french manicures, then cobalt blue, then bold black, and essie's mint candy apple. One of the trends I've seen popping up lately is multicolored nails. I especially love the single nail painted a different contrast color or metallic.

At first I had a hard time trying to see this trend working in real life, but it's definitely grown on me. When done in a chic way, it's a fun twist on traditional painted nails! I love the unexpectedness. There have also been some gorgeous shades coming out so your manicure never has to be boring!

Sheer Perfection

Like it or not, sheer shirts, skirts, and dresses are not going anywhere. They've continued to make a statement on the runway, and into the street style photos of trendsetters. It's definitely one of those trends that seems better suited for editorial than real life, but finally stores are coming out with sheer pieces that aren't quite as risque as the runways!

When it comes to tricky trends like sheer clothing, I love a good inspiration picture. These stylish bloggers & fashion week attendees make the look feel much more wearable! 

I noticed the sheer maxi skirt back last October & i'm glad to see it's becoming more popular-- I think it'd make the perfect transition piece for fall!
